This equipment adopts a modular workstation design, integrating four core modules: industrial robot system, intelligent laser welding unit, closed-loop water cooling device and adaptive weld tracking system. It is specially developed for the automated welding of small and medium-sized precision parts.

The workstation builds an independent working space through a 1.8-meter-high industrial-grade protective fence, and configures a double protection system of safety grating + emergency stop button at the manual loading and unloading station, which meets the requirements of ISO 10218 industrial robot safety standards.
